About our owner
Robert “Bobby” S. Anzaldi Jr.
Owner and Director of Security Operations
Robert “Bobby” S. Anzaldi Jr. is the owner and Director of Security Operations for Overwatch Security Solutions. He brings progressive law-enforcement leadership, corporate security experience and private-sector operating discipline to the company’s protective-service capabilities.
Bobby currently serves as a police lieutenant with the Melrose Park Police Department, following advancement through the officer, sergeant and lieutenant ranks. His professional background includes physical security, executive protection, enterprise risk management, crisis leadership, emergency preparedness, personnel supervision and coordinated incident response.
His leadership experience extends beyond field operations. Bobby serves as vice president of the Melrose Park Police Pension Board, contributing to organizational governance and fiduciary oversight. He is also a co-founder of Coin Flow Enterprises, a Chicagoland company founded in 2018 that provides secure ATM placement, monitoring, maintenance and operational support.
Bobby has been publicly recognized for service, sound judgment and interagency coordination. A Village of Melrose Park publication commended him for going beyond the immediate requirements of a police call to help a community member coordinate with another police department and access county resources.
At Overwatch, Bobby oversees operational planning, personnel deployment, officer standards, field supervision, emergency readiness and the coordination of complex protective assignments. His leadership helps ensure that each engagement has a clear command structure, properly selected personnel, defined responsibilities and professional accountability.

Under Bobby’s direction, Overwatch can scale from a single protective assignment to coordinated, multi-officer deployments. Teams may include licensed armed officers, professional unarmed officers, executive-protection personnel, protective drivers, secure-courier professionals, supervisors, and current or former law-enforcement professionals selected for the assignment.
